You will probably need the approval of your board to issue new shares.

If you hit your offering goal by the end of the funding period, your investors’ commitments move from the escrow account to you, and Sprowtt Crowdfunding Inc collects a fee on the amount raised. If you do not hit your offering goal, all money will be returned in full to each investor, and Sprowtt Crowdfunding Inc makes no money.

Once your offering goes live, you may begin to accept funding commitments from investors. These will sit in an escrow account until the offering period ends and/or the initial goal is met. Offerings may last from 30 to 90 days and must be publicly available on the web site for at least 21 days before any securities are sold in the offering.

Engaging with investors is an important part of the offering process.
